Don't rate battle royales but this one was whatever.

Really good for the time they were given.

Triple H (w/Chyna) defeated Owen Hart to retain the WWF European Championship (11:29)
Triple H pinned Hart after hitting the Pedigree.
During the match, Chyna was handcuffed to WWF Commissioner Sgt. Slaughter.

Owen was made to look like a fool throughout the DX rivalry.

Marc Mero and Sable defeated The Artist Formerly Known As Goldust and Luna (9:11)
Sable pinned Luna after a TKO.

Not as bad as you would think.

The Rock defeated Ken Shamrock by disqualification to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship (4:49)
Shamrock originally won the match by making Rock submit to an ankle lock. However, Shamrock "snapped" and refused to release the hold. After being forced to let go, Shamrock attacked the referee and a number of officials, leading to the match decision being reversed by disqualification.

Too short to be good or bad.

Cactus Jack and Chainsaw Charlie defeated the New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg) in a Dumpster Match to win the WWF Tag Team Championship (10:01)
Chainsaw Charlie dumped the New Age Outlaws in a (backstage) dumpster using a forklift. The titles were held up the next night, however, because they used the wrong dumpster.

Another fun garbage match.

Pete Rose entered to "guest ring announce" the next match. Before doing so he insulted the crowd, mentioning the Boston Red Sox inability to win a World Series (see Curse of the Bambino) until Kane came out and Tombstoned him.

The Undertaker defeated Kane (w/Paul Bearer) (16:58)
Undertaker pinned Kane after three Tombstone Piledrivers.
After the match, Paul Bearer and Kane beat down Undertaker which led to a revenge Tombstone from Kane on a steel chair.
The Undertaker came out to "O Fortuna" with druids surrounding him.

This match was easily their best ever.

Steve Austin defeated Shawn Michaels (w/Mike Tyson as Special Outside Enforcer) to win the WWF Championship (20:02)
Austin pinned Michaels after a Stone Cold Stunner. With the referee down, Mike Tyson, who was thought to be siding with Michaels, turned on him and counted Austin's pin himself, giving Stone Cold the win.
After the match Tyson knocked out Michaels, whom he'd been friendly with leading up to the event, with a right hook and accepted an Austin 3:16 t-shirt to drape over his downed body.
Chris Warren performed D-Generation X's entrance music live.

Shawn’s last match for over 4 years. Pretty good considering both guys were cripples.

~ This WM was pretty solid. Nothing horrible, but nothing great.
