In Your House XIV: Revenge of the Taker Review

Bret vs. Austin again. Can they continue their ***** trend?

The Legion of Doom (Hawk and Animal) defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Owen Hart and The British Bulldog by disqualification (10:11)
Owen and Bulldog were disqualified when Bret Hart interfered and attacked the referee; Hart/Bulldog retained the titles.

Getting better before Bret interfered (Damn Canadian)

Savio Vega defeated WWF Intercontinental Champion Rocky Maivia by count-out (8:33)
Maivia was counted-out after Crush came down and hit Maivia with a Heart Punch outside the ring.

Rocky was in the middle of an adjustment period. The crowd hated him and he needed a new gimmick. Needless to say, he got one…

Jesse James defeated Rockabilly (w/The Honky Tonk Man) (6:46)
James pinned Rockabilly with a Small Package.

The New Age Outlaws collide!...at least before they meant a crap. Speaking of crap, this match sucked.

The Undertaker defeated Mankind (w/Paul Bearer) to retain the WWF Championship (17:26)
Undertaker pinned Mankind after a Tombstone Piledriver.

These guys never put forth a better match. Yeas their Hell in the Cell is way overated.
Steve Austin defeated Bret Hart (21:09)
Bret was disqualified after The British Bulldog interfered and hit Austin with a steel chair.

No ***** this time, but it was still really good.

~ Only 5 matches on the card and 2 were good, so that’s cool…I guess…
