Good for a RAW match back then.

D'Lo Brown defeated Mark Henry (w/Tom Prichard as Special Guest Referee) to win the WWF European Championship (9:11)
Brown pinned Henry after the Lo-Down.

Whatever.

**1/2
Good match with a Dusty finish.

The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) defeated The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von) (7:28)

The referee for the match was Jim Korderas, who was the only regular WWF referee not to go on strike.

Oh my, they didn't pick up. Most people have this as the worst match of the year. It sucked, but I dont' think it was negative stars bad.

X-Pac defeated Chris Jericho (w/Curtis Hughes) (w/Tom Prichard as Special Guest Referee) (13:10)
Jericho was Disqualified after Hughes attacked the referee. Road Dogg also interfered.
***1/4
Crowd didn't care who won but it was pretty good.

Triple H defeated The Rock, Mankind, Kane, The Big Show and The British Bulldog in a Six-Pack Challenge to win the WWF Championship (20:28)
Triple H pinned Rock after a Pedigree to win the vacant title.
The original referee was Jim Korderas, but the striking referee's came down and attacked him, so Steve Austin took over as referee.
The Undertaker was originally suppose to be in the match and was even featured on the promotional poster, but was unable to compete due to nagging injuries. He also was going through a divorce at this time with his first wife, Jodie Lynn, so he also had several legal matters to deal with. The British Bulldog replaced The Undertaker.
****1/4
Great match. I am a mark for clusterfucks though, so I may overate.

~ Bonus match: Raw, the next night; HHH retains the WWF title against The Rock as the match goes to a no contest due to interference from The British Bulldog. **1/4
