Worst main eventer ever.

• Ric Flair defeated Carlito (15:35)
o Flair forced Carlito to submit with the Figure-Four Leglock.

A lot of arm work but everything fell into place and it was good.

• Bobby Lashley defeated ECW World Champion Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon and Umaga in a Handicap match (1:14)
o Lashley pinned Shane after a Dominator powerslam.
o The match had been for the ECW World Championship, but after the match Vince declared that the title wouldn't change hands since he had not been pinned.
o ½*
Too short to matter.

• CM Punk defeated Elijah Burke (16:51)
o Punk pinned Burke after a GTS (Go To Sleep).
o ***1/2
I really like this match a lot. More than most people.

• Randy Orton defeated Shawn Michaels (4:31)
o Orton won when the referee stopped the match after Michaels collapsed.
o ¼*
Shawn's last match for a while.

• The Hardys (Matt and Jeff) defeated Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch to retain the World Tag Team Championship (15:03)
o Jeff pinned Cade after a Twist of Fate from Matt and a Swanton Bomb from Jeff.

Generic match between these two (which is still good).

• Edge defeated Batista to retain the World Heavyweight Championship (10:38)
o Edge pinned Batista with a school boy.

Not to good here.

• Montel Vontavious Porter defeated Chris Benoit in a 2 out of 3 Falls match to win the WWE United States Championship (14:10)
o MVP pinned Benoit after a Playmaker (8:13).
o MVP pinned Benoit with an Inside Cradle (14:10)

I was expecting more.

• John Cena defeated The Great Khali to retain the WWE Championship (10:15)
o Cena forced Khali to submit to the STFU.
o ½*
What are you gonna do with Khali? Not even Michaels got a good match out of him a couple weeks before.
